Look, I know what you're thinking, because me too. “Does the world really need another blog?” No. Are Blogs even cool anymore? Also, probably no.. but then again… maybe I’m not that cool either. And that’s fine, because I’m not here to be trendy, I’m here to be helpful. The way I see it, the world does need a smart, slightly sarcastic, judgment-free corner of the internet where you can actually learn useful things about staying healthy, moving better, and surviving adulthood without throwing your back out while sneezing…or is it not peeing when you’re sneezing?
